What are your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in OPP/PE bags and brown cartons. If you have any requirements for packing, we can customize it according to your requirements.

How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 20 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Can I place a sample order with you?

Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples can be provided.

 Can I customize the products?

Yes. We accept customization. Sample make take 3-15 days depending on your requirement, The exact time is adjusted according to the actual situation. Mass production lead time also based on your quantity after the sample is confirmed. And you can use your own LOGO or print my products, and change colors/size....
We can deliver samples to you by express. Or we can make samples and take detailed pictures for you, this is a economy method for both of us.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT..  etc for small orders and sea ships for larger orders. It usually takes 3-5 days by international express. Ocean shipment delivery time varies from country by country. Please contact us for more details.

How could you guarantee the product's quality?

We have professional engineers to check what size should be used to guarantee your load weight request. Before shipping, our quality control also would carefully check whether the quality is approved.
